We do not take any deposit in advance and take payment in cash at the end of your travel.
Yes, we accept cash.
There is no compulsion to make an advance booking. You can book on the same day, but for instant bookings, please choose to book through telephone for instant confirmation.
In case of advance bookings, you can cancel your booking anytime before 2 hours of your booked time without any charge.
Generally, we do not take deposits on booking but if you have paid in advance, we will refund your deposit if you cancel your booking before 2 hours of your pickup time.
Our driver will be waiting for you in the waiting area with your name board, but if by any chance you find difficulty in finding our driver, you can call us on our 24 hour hotline 0208 840 9999 and we will contact the driver for you.
We monitor the concerning flight’s arrivals, so whether it arrives early or late, the driver will wait for you for no extra charge.
The first 5 minutes of the waiting time will be free in all general transfers, thereafter you will be charged 25p per minute. In the case of Airport pickups first 40 minutes from the time of landing will be free thereafter the same charge of 25p per minute will apply.
We do not take any responsibility in regards to lost luggage, or if you forget any valuables in our vehicles, but if the driver finds anything, he deposits that item in the office. Therefore, you can check with the cab office in this regard, and if your item is there you can collect your item. Postage of your item can also be arranged, but the costs will be incurred on you.
Yes, we take full responsibility to provide a backup vehicle or vehicles as quickly as possible in case of any breakdown or any unexpected event. However, we do not take any responsibility for missed flights or any other delays due to unavoidable circumstances, such as traffic, accidents, or weather.
No, we do not charge any extra price on Christmas Day or New Years Day.
Yes, all our drivers and vehicles are fully licensed by the Public Carriage Office.

Yes, we can deliver on any day but it will incur an extra charge. Also, you will need to confirm your delivery requirements as agreed at the time of booking.
